I have a puzzle I am working on right now too. It has been sitting in the box waiting to be opened forever, but I felt too burnt out to even want to do it. 5 weeks off school and I finally felt ready. XD

@Angels, that sounds cool! Honestly, lego sets and really expensive, but considering I don't have any other hobby right now I feel like I might as well get myself something I enjoy.

I hope so! I still remember my favorite set I ever built was this big star wars ship thing. Im not into and never have been into star wars, but it was a huge set that was super complicated and it could shoot "lazers" and open up. I also built this really cool huge construction/mining machine set. I miss doing them lol

I also like that it reminds me of the trips I have taken to national parks and staying at Air BnBs with my Mom

@Angels, the cabin is smaller too so I should have space to display it. =) Hopefully the store still has it next week when I get paid. I think they would, but you never know.

Yes do the cabin! Honestly the t-rex one looks like it would be frustrating with all those pieces stucking off at perfect angles xD

I'm trying to decide between this t-rex:

Or this cabin:

The cabin is no longer being sold, but a toy store has one so I am kind of thinking I should scoop it up before it's gone.

Oh I know I love puzzels too. I wish I had time for them again lol also if I didn't finish it in one setting my cats would destroy anything I left out. I would love to help you decide!

I love the books and haven't seen the show yet. Don't know if I'm going to too. I don't like when things are different from the books.

I'll say that the show is better than the shadow and bone books, but I hate what they did with the crows' storyline

:0 how have I only just wandered upon this? I really need to look in the forums more often.

I would love some book recommendations, I'm going to go raid the library soon :] YA sci fi/ fantasy is preferable, also minimal romance would be lovely but understandably such books are rare in YA land.

Hmm minimal romance? YA Fantasy? The Winternight Trilogy by Katherine Arden fits into that category. It's set in 13th century Russia and is based on Slavic folklore, which I know isn't everyone's cup of tea but there's basically no real romance until the last book and even then it's a subplot. I enjoyed it, although it was a slow start, it's beautifully written. The Everless series by Sara Holland also is a YA fantasy with minimal romance, from what I remember.

Agreed. I absolutely love the casting for most of the characters though - I swear they cast Jesper to act Jesper xD But I most definitely need to fangirl soon (still only on episode three, much to my disappoint I couldn't binge it on the weekend xD)

Tolstoy is actually kinda fun to read, realism once in awhile is like a nice treat.

There's only one book I reccomend to people and that's Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep by Philip K Dick, it's the best sci-fi cyber punk book ever written and the fact that Blade Runner took out the best part which is the empathy boxes makes me mad. For real though, it's everything right in this world, I can't even begin to tell you how many times I have read it. Also if you are into comics The Watchmen is perfection and genre ground breaking for the time.
