Long story short...
I paid for art from Rosiebud and she has compressed it yet it is still to big . She also tried it on her horse and it worked! I still cannot put it on my horse.

Save it to your device as a . jpg file and then upload it to the horse. If it is too big, resize it to e.g. 490x490px and then try again.
