sky took a calm step back as the mare lunged before she grabbed the rope halter she put on the ground and walked into the pen closing the gate quickly "easy girl easy" she spoke camly as the mare lunged at her again sky moved to the side and slipped the halter over her head tying it in a tight not before holding the halter and rubbing between her eyes the mare reared pulling sky up but she reached into her back poket and grabbed the ace she pulled up before the left quikly inseting the needle into the mares sholder to calm her before leading her out and paying the rescue fees (no joke the have a fee to rescue a hore from the kill sale it ranges from 50 to 400 dollers were im at) the mares fee was 100 dollers as it was closer to the time they were going to kill her then they walked out and loaded the mare heading back to the ranch both of them rode in the truck for the four hour ride home (my brains singing ON THE ROAD AGAIN OH I CANT WAIT TO BE ON THE ROAD AGAIN T.T)

With the mare in tow, broke out into song with sky "THE LIFE I LOVE IS MAKIN' MUSIC WITH MY FRIENDS OOHHH AND I CAN'T WAIT TO GET ON THE ROAD AGAIN" Suddenly they heard the mare in the back coming too.

sky was glaring at the old man in front of them who was going 40 in a 60 she layed on the horn as a simi truck tried to cut them off "STAY IN YOUR OWN DAMN LANE" she yelled out the window before hearing the mares ace wear off "well this will be a fun hour and 30 minutes home" she felt the truck jerk when the mare woke

giggled as sky screamed, soon they were back and the mare had gotten really fearful and defensive. she still had the shipping boots sam had slipped on; but neither was gonna attempt that today. sky had already used the only ace; so sam ran out to get duchess. She was usually pretty calm and was the lead mare so she would have to be introduced eventually. the mare seemed to understand that duchess was only there to help and was the "head honcho" if you will. sky was able to slide her halter on and was only met with an attempted bite. they were able to get her and duch into the pasture to calm down and there appeared to be little drama, infact the mare seemed playfull towards duchess, maybe she wasn't actually that vicious, or maybe she was, only time would tell.

as sky pulled up and hoped out of the truck they were met with a new problem the ace had worn off and the mare was in fight mode "can i trank her with a cow dart?" she opened the back door and a trank gun fell out she was met with sams glare before sam got duchess and sky was able to slip on a halter and get the mare into the field sky was able to step on the front loading boots and pull them off but she was not atemping the hinds she turned her lossed and watched her play with duchess before pulling up her phone "i am ordering more ace" she picked up the trailer boots while ordering the ace

sky shook her head at the colt before going to ghosts stall and slipping the lead rope over his head tying it in a knot to make a home made neck rope she hoped on him and was greeted by a mini rear she checked him insantly before troting him into the arena with lis and troting ghost over the cross rails laughing hard becase lismore was folowing trying to trot like ghost

after Lismore went back to the stall, sam grabbed duchess to join sky and ghost bareback. She had just gooten a neckrope with Lis's stall sign so she slipped it over her neck and climbed atop duchess. they trotted into the arena and then warmed up, sam felt a lil' mischevious and after passing sky and ghost, she quietly switched direction and she and duchess barreled past them from behind. ghost stepped to the side and sky jumped a little. Sam cackled maniacally and sky rolled her eyes.

sky moved ghost out into a steady lope before sam zoomed past her coming from thin air and scaring ghost and sky out of their skins as sam cackled sky rolled her eyes troted to the gate leading to the gallop trail and swung it open "race ya" after those two words were out of her mouth ghost and sky took off at a breath taking speed ghosts long strides taking them fast she took ghost through a puddle the water splashing all over the place
