| There was a petition to allow to mark horses (like activate something) so that this horse is "locked" and cannot be sold, FR or put up for breeding. You have to unlock, do what you want, and can re-lock to be safe this horse doesn't get into the mix when you mass-FR, mass-sell or something. |

| Unfortunately, I'd say :D Had to retrieve great horses from FR because of being overly tired... |

| Canter, you can fr any horse regardless of futurity/federation/etc status, so yup! |
