Under manage horse, sell, un check the gift wrap box and walla!

Go to tack room and take gift wrap off

To remove your gift wrap follow these steps:

Go to Stable > Tackroom > Tack Up > Scroll down and click Select (Equipped) > Select the horse that you want the gift wrap off of and then uncheck the little box under the Equipped box under the horse image.

Hope my instructions weren't confusing >_<
