| My ADs get tracked 4-12, my SDs only get weeks 3 and 7 tracked, but ill glance at the 4s just in case theres a really shit one sneaking through that isnt all up |

| What's the best way to track training? I know most shows by week 4 but what about after that? Is it best to track each week after week 4 or say every 4 weeks, so week 4 then week 8, etc? Not the best when it comes to knowledge on tracking trainings |
