That means your bandwidth is full. That means you have had a lot, or according to Photobucket, too many views on your bucket and photos. You have to upgrade your account to get your picture back and retrieve more bandwidth. Hope this helped:)

The horse had Amanduh's art. It was off her PB. I wouldn't be allowed to upload the image to my own Photobucket and then here, would I?

Yes you could of downloaded the image and then from your computer upload it to HEE or your photobucket.

When I have art made I save it to my photobucket so that way if they clean up there's and delete it i still have it.
