No. There's no way to trace the original sources that it came from, as AI images are just photo blends. Just find free stock on sites like Unsplash and DeviantArt :) Never use any form of AI art/images in your art, no matter how convenient it seems.

you can, as long as it's yours and you credit yourself on the image(add your stable name or number in a corner, typically)
