I play a rabbit game, that gifts a prize box if a rabbit dies of old age. :)

BUT, I think the 1k for FRing oldies is just as good. :D

It doesn't have to be for everyone. Just like how some stables are fine with free ranging yearlings because the extra thousand doesn't motivate them to keep the horses around for a whole month.
There is a balance between paying for hay every week and taking up stall space
For some stables it might be worth it and give a bonus for keeping a prized horse.
And maybe an added market for school masters.

I love genetics. Sadly my college doesn't have any animal specific classes, mainly human or just in general. So hopefully when I get to vet school there will be animal specific genetic classes!

If we have a chapter on that I will let you know! lol but this class is set up different. We don't have tests. It is all based on writing and discussion on each of the topics. It is like 80% graded on participation and the rest is quizzes and a paper we have due at the end of the semester lol

Boulder, that is an absolutely precious idea. So many people cherish their older horses. I actually don’t think that’s a morbid thought. In a way it is celebrating their life/peace.

The tail is a WIP, and I haven't yet matched up the lighting or colours, but I prefer critique in the early stages. (Yes, Jello's okapi piece inspired me to do this.) (c) Chunga-Stock DeviantArt and @photopope Unsplas

Holy crap. Wow. I love that!!!!! The forelock is particularly spectacular! I saw what your said about the tail, so my only recommendation would be to make the mane length vary a little more. <3

Along with what Gem said, I'd also blur the background, then sharpen up the area where the horse is standing so the divas is a lot more on the horse. It's amazing!
