@someday, I live at home with my mom and are renters, but I think we deserve our deposit back when we move out. The previous renters didn't clean the carpets even though they were supposed to, left a bunch of junk in the garage, and we're three weeks late moving out.

oh I know nowadays the cost is horrible! We were just two gals trying to make bills

I think the rental company is just trying to keep my entire deposit and padding the bill. I called the same company that did the cleaning and was quoted $50/hour for a move out deep clean of the same size house.

@PK, i've no doubt it is very hard work. I can understand the reason for having two people there as it helps keep the workers accountable. I am just surprised it cost that much.

Bird, we were just charged $1,300 for a move out deep clean by the rental company we were leasing from. I have disputed it, because holy cow! I am in the wrong line of work if that is the price for cleaning a 3 bedroom house for 3 hours. I happen to know it took them 3 hours because I bought the house across the street and was home when they were there. I dont think the rental company realizes I could see the whole thing.

I can clean my house by myself in 2 1/2 hours, but these companies are saying it takes two people the same amount time.

@Angels, since you have both a big and small enclosure I don't think trying the bigger one would hurt since you can always put them back in the smaller one. Whereas when I had a reptile I didn't want to worry about buying a whole other enclosure.

Okay I may start getting more supplies for it then. I have had bad experiences with putting baby reptiles in too big of an enclosure and they can't find their food, then I have to downgrade them so they do well

I have an empty 20 gallon long tank and I am debating putting my baby leo in it. Right now he is in a platic bin cage that is about the size of a 10 gallon just not as tall. I am always worried about putting baby reptiles in too big of a cage. Online it says a baby is supposed to go in a 20 gallon but I don't know. thoughts?

Ooh, if we can ask pricing questions here, is my shop appropriately priced? Or should I go up?

Honestly you could go up anywhere from 5-15k, depending on how comfortable you feel.

Looks great Mon!
Here are some pointers-

-give the tail more shape, when running it wouldn't be so straight, search up 'running horsr' for some examples of what the tail would look like
-the mane would be more 'wild' when running, right now it looks very pretty as if its standing still, add some fly aways and have it more swept by the wind
-add some more highlights in both the mane and tail, it helps make the peice more realistic
-try adjusting highlights and shadows on the horses body

Try out these tutorials
