@someday, I live at home with my mom and are renters, but I think we deserve our deposit back when we move out. The previous renters didn't clean the carpets even though they were supposed to, left a bunch of junk in the garage, and we're three weeks late moving out.

I think the rental company is just trying to keep my entire deposit and padding the bill. I called the same company that did the cleaning and was quoted $50/hour for a move out deep clean of the same size house.

Bird, we were just charged $1,300 for a move out deep clean by the rental company we were leasing from. I have disputed it, because holy cow! I am in the wrong line of work if that is the price for cleaning a 3 bedroom house for 3 hours. I happen to know it took them 3 hours because I bought the house across the street and was home when they were there. I dont think the rental company realizes I could see the whole thing.

@Angels, since you have both a big and small enclosure I don't think trying the bigger one would hurt since you can always put them back in the smaller one. Whereas when I had a reptile I didn't want to worry about buying a whole other enclosure.

there are tons of artists on here that don't run a shop, I never used to because liefe was harsha nd I had no time

She used to have a shop. It was closed though because it just wasn't for her. Not all artists have time to run a shop or like doing custom orders :)

It can also be difficult to run a shop because not everyone is a good costumer. :(

Had a very productive month so far! Real life has slowed down this month, due to there being so many days off from school for us. Hopping to pop out a few more before Thanksgiving, as afterward may be... challenging to complete anything until the start of the new year. :D
