when I try to set up an auction?
date format:
01/10/2020 1 AM
01/12/2020 9 AM

also tried different dates and time - thanks in advance

This may or may not be the reason, but it's already past 1/10/20 at 1AM. The starting date/time has to be in the future. Usually that will just give you an error message at the top of the page, so the rest I can't explain.

i have had the same bug for a long time and no admins will help me

Please make sure you are putting in future dates and times. Please post screenshots as well so we can help and see where the problem is at
