Got the bay fewspot appy from a collection (was super excited) but can't find it anywhere

Was this in an explore collection? And did you have a turn In sign? There needs to be an explore guide but I cannot find one.

Are you sure, because I don't see anything preventing that from happening?

I am positive. I even posted in chat that I got one. I didn't read it wrong because I don't even have a different foal from that same collection in my inventory(in case I was rewarded a different foal). But if it looks like there is no problem then I'm not sure what happened? Maybe it glitched and I didn't notice?

Got the brown foal just now and its not showing up either.
