I did not receive straws that I know were sent to this account at rollover. :( I contacted the studs owner and she verified that they had indeed been sent to my stable number, but I never got the straw offer message.

Double check your vets page to see if you have any straws waiting to be picked up? It will be toward the bottom on the right.
