"Whatever you think i'd like?" She said, wanting it to sound like she was indifferent, but it sounded like a question |

"Hm," He mumbled, looking over at her for a moment with squinted eyes. "Seems it's gonna be two usuals, then." Caden said simply, face returning to normal as he filled two glasses with ice before pouring some whiskey in and sliding the glass to her. He took a sip, the burn now having become a custom to him as it slid down his throat, settling as a dull flame in his chest. |

"You drink this all the time?" She said, a pinched look on her face |

"Absolutely," He mused, seeing the look on her face. |

Caden chuckled, the sound amusing as it rolled out freely. "You get used to it after a while.." He said, words slightly slurred as he spoke. |
