Question 2: how do I breed a foal of premium rating?

1. You find a tobiano horse, and you breed it to another horse. If the tobiano horse passes on the tobi gene, the quest will complete. For best results, pick a horse that is ToTo, or homozygous tobiano, to guarantee a tobi foal.

2. Find a pair of horses that are at least PPP+ (I reccomend that the stallion is at least EEE) and breed them. You then rate the resulting foal in the breed approvals. If the foal has a Premium rating, the quest completes. Unlike tobiano, there is no way to guarantee ratings. That said, do NOT use horses lower than PPP for this quest. You're never going to get a Premium out of an Average or Sub Par horse.
