Sage cocked his head at the princes questions, admittedly rather confused by now. The guy wanted to ....free all of them. Well that certainly messed up his plans to kill him off. "They'd get used to it," he noted with a nod. "They'd probably like to stay....those fields are our home....but better conditions would be nice," he added with a sort of shrug. (Short lol...it's late) |

(It's okay! And technically, early XD) Prince Vincent Omveran –Ω– Vincent nodded. "Thank you." He said, opening the door and stepping out into the hall, making sure the door clicked shut behind him. Vincent made his way down the palace halls, going toward the gardens. Stepping out of the gates, he sat down on the grass, propping himself against a tree as he picked at the grass between his fingers. How was he supposed to help...? Actually. Better living conditions. He could probably do that. And maybe for the overworking could... have set times for work? Like the servants at the palace have. Sort of like a schedule for work. So they can continue working but live in better conditions? And hopefully more clothes. Vincent felt sick just looking at his blistered they all were. And maybe some medical help. |

(LOL..true) Sage sort of let out a huge breath once the prince had left, sort of deflating onto a chair. Had he really just ordered the prince into his bedroom, used his own spare medicine supply box thing, and then continued to boss his around? Talk freely to him, including insulting his mother, who also happened to be the queen and his master, to his face? Sure he didn't like her but that didn't matter. Half of him rather expected to be hung by morning. And the other half of him....wondered. the prince seemed like a good person....but he quite literally owned him, so he wasn't sure what he expected. What had even just happened? |

Prince Vincent Omveran –Ω– When Vincent heard the bells for dinner ringing through the castle, he sighed. Great. Probably nothing to eat at dinner again for him. Vincent shoved himself to his feet, wincing at his sore back. Jesus he hurt. He needed to go sleep for hours. Though, he doubted he would actually sleep. Vincent made his way to the dining hall, again. Trying to hide his minor limp on the way there. Which wasn't too hard, considering this was not his first time. Vincent entered the dining hall, spotting his mother and father already seated, of course. Stephanie still hadn't shown, so he suspected she'd be here any minute. Vincent strides over to his seat, sitting down and very pointedly not leaning back. He did note he had a small amount of food on his plate. Which he was thankful for. He honestly hadn't expected anything. His eyes trailed to the doors as Stephanie flounce in, wearing a flowy red dress that lay against her body. It was silky and low cut as well. Vincent rolled his eyes. She loved to show off. Stephanie sat beside him, smiling at the king and queen, and casting a worried glance at Vincent. He shook his head slightly in response and she nodded, looking at their mother. The queen smiled as she glanced at the king. "Let us eat!" He boomed loudly. Vincent winced at the voice and glanced at his food, picking up his fork tentatively as they began eating. He picked at his food, eating slowly and quietly. Praying not to be noticed. |

Sage sort of just lay around for a while, wondering about everything that had just happened. He supposed getting in the princes good graces may prove to be useful, especially if he was going to make things better for him and the other servants there at the castle. But....he was still planning on killing the other three, which may cause an issue there. The prince obviously wasn't fond of his mother, but what if his father? Or sister? It was all rather confusing. Oh well. He'd made up his mind to kill the queen first, anyway. She needed to be out down, she really was an evil woman. When it was time for him to prepare the princes dinner though, he moved to do so, sighing when the Queen's instructions to give him only a bit of food were related to him via the guard there at the kitchen. The prince would need food if he was going to heal, and the serving he got wouldn't do anything but make him more hungry. Sage was well aquatinted with hunger, so he knew what he was talking about. |

Prince Vincent Omveran –Ω– Why would he do that!? he just ran out! What kind of idiot was he!? ~5 Minutes Ago~ Vincent stared down at his now empty plate, the sound of chewing around him made him cringe at every bite. His father looked at him. "Boy, what is on your mind?" He questioned. Vincent jolted and looked up.
"Ah, sorry father. I was.... thinking." He muttered. His father huffed. "Speak up." Vincent glared at the plate. "Learn to listen." he huffs in annoyance but quickly snaps his mouth shut from the gasp his mother gave. Looking up, Vincent saw his father looking displeased. The king opened his mouth to say something and Vincent stood, turning, and darting out of the dining hall. His father called after him angrily, but Vincent didn't stop. He was so... done, with them. He knew his father as going to tell him he was to be punished later. And... he was done with it for the time being. Which is how he got to where he was, sprinting out into the forest and panting heavily, leaning against a tree. He sank down to the ground, rubbing his face in annoyance. |

Once the prince had gone back to his room after dinner, he took the plate he'd snuck out from the kitchen...one with a full meal on it....and crept over to the princes room, knocking as instructed. When no one answered, he huffed slightly and then opened the door, peering inside. Well, he obviously wasn't there. He stood there for a moment, looking around for a spot he could put the plate down and leave it for the boy. - He'd move to put the plate down on the table by the princes bed, trying not to let the blush forming on his face bother him much. It was just....odd being in his personal quarters, he supposed. He was turning to leave when he heard someone pounding through the hallway and he turned in time to watch the prince go flying past, and stared at him as he ran out of the castle, stunned, for a moment before sighing and grabbing the plate, carefully following the boys tracks u til he found him and halted a few feet away, debating what he should say or do for a moment. "Thought you were supposed to relax," he humemd with what he hoped was a slightly amused but also sort of concerned tone, gripping the plate he was holding tight enough to make his knuckles turn white. Why was talking to the guy so hard? Well ....he knew why, and it was because it could wind up with him being tortured, hung, or more likely, all of the above, in the specific order. But something made him feel sympathetic towards the boy...maybe it was the punishment methods his parents used. He didn't know. |
