"Hunh?" He grumbled, hearing her words and looking out to the army, his face white. "If they find me, i'm going to prison for the rest of my life. If they find you, it's best i'd be hanged then what they'll have waiting." Gale muttered, grabbing his daggers and a flask, slinging his bow and sheath of arrows over his shoulder, and dragging Kayla behind with him. He got out of the tavern and started sprinting, the two being spotted by a patrol. "Whatever you do," He growled into her ear. "never stop running and do not run away from me."

His leg started throbbing, a cut from a earlier spar match ripping open. Gale groaned as he ran, looking down at it and scowling before ignoring it and continuing to run as he ripped a piece off his shirt and stuffed it into it to prevent the hounds from tracking the two by blood.

He heard a snip and whipped his head around before yanking Kayla over to him as he ducked into a hollow tree. Gale pressed her into it, putting himself on the outside so if they were found, he'd be the one getting hurt.
