| Bird - yes, it’s different. You can put images of what you want to achieve (say, your dream horse) and affirmations to support you in your goals. I found it helpful to look at it often, and have it somewhere I would see it often. It helped me see the small steps I was taking towards my goals (e.g. giving a presentation at work connecting to my future life goals etc.). Sorry that’s not a great explanation, if you search online there are lots more eloquent guides! |
