Okay so im thinking, since We know ymbryns look after children, perhaps this rebel band of ymbryns visit loops before they are attacked ,and bring the children to different loops, yeah?

Peculiars-people with powers basically
Loops-created by ymbryns,usually in a safe place,obly peculiars can enter them
