For the dun, you need either Dd or DD. For the amber, you'll need the champagne gene (right guys?) Chch or ChCh. Amber champagne is bay+champagne.

I believe seal brown is a random variant of brown, so you'd need the brown genes and a handful of rerolls.

I think I understand your question, Aurora. If you want an Amber Champagne Dun, your horse would be Ee/EE, Aa/AA, Dd/DD, and ChCh/Chch. there is this really cool Horse Coat Color Simulator :D
