I'm involved in a lot of community organizing spaces so I'm out and about and meeting new people a lot- Figure if I give my time to things that are important to me I'll eventually find a likeminded person to date, and if not I've made friend that are more than enough

Hi, guess I have been so busy with real life and catching up on the game I never noticed we had a new rating of W. Can someone tell me when that started? And why? I thought we werent going higher then an E?

So will the ratings continue to increase then? Will we have a higher rating then a W in another year? Why was it decided to increase the rating? I mean, I am not trying to start an argument just trying to understand why it increased, when we originally introduced the E it was not supposed to increase again.
