depends on breed, gem
as someone who breeds color ISH, i usually ask ~5k for EWE combo colts but my EWE combo fillies can usually fetch around ~15k, i price them lower if they have sabino because i see it as undesirable but i dont know what the general consensus is on that

That goes in sales chat :)

15k is a little much for a colt, but about half what the filly should be

Is 15000$ a good asking price for EWE colts and filly’s?

How was he around other horses when he was being riden? Was he a lot easier around horses in the field and less dominating And threatening?

Pecking order. Social pole.
All groups of horses have it.

When that group is separated, then put back together, the hierarchy resets.
Nature. I don’t see it as to much of a problem.

It's probably just a cheeky pony being a bit naughty lol.Id just see how it goes and fingers crossed they'll settle back in again.

When I was riding him he was like a gelding, relaxed not trying to be pushy towards other horses but since he fought the other stallion his whole personality changed.

Hmm I'd don't know then,It could be he's feeling a lack of attention and as no one is riding him he has to much energy and lashes out?Could even be he's jealous about you being with someone else when he believes it should be riding him,I used to ride a horse but got big for him and he tended to have a few nasty lashes when he got moody. Well,I have no idea, but as the other guys say it's nature and there has to be a pecking order,Just nature.Id leave them to it.

Try lunging,Keeping him in the stall before the ride rather than the field.Even just take him for a quick walk.I find I good through groom calms them down.

Can I ask you why keeping him in a stall locked up is a better way to settle him down? I think it's only going to make things worse... instead of letting him burn off energy in the field before lessons he's gonna in my opinion be harder to handle... I agree with the lunging walking and grooming but I think locking him in a stall is going to make it worse... it may have something to do with the way he was gelded or cut.... it sounds to me like he was a proud cut gelding...
