He may have already explored today if you just bought him or in your barn under the view tab there is an Explore option. Use that and make sure he is set to Yes to show up in explore

No Requirements except they have to have produced at least 1 EEE But I would prefer if they were multi EEE Producers :)
I Highly dought I could Afford an LB-ABLB Stud so no XD
