| My prior internship I got "fired" from. Why? An older lady who was overseeing me and all of my daily activities dropped a can of treats on the floor. She looked really in pain when she bent over to pick them up, so I offered to help. She looked like I just screamed an insult at her... |

| Del But like I said there is always two workers and we do it all together. The main person I work with and do everything with is the Manager, which is the owners second in command |

| Sometimes people will explain how to do something one way but actually complete the task another. We dont always completely verbalize our process. There might be some unspoken rules that are at play here that you can only see if you shadow the task. Im sure this is frustrating. |

| Wichypoo Yep. That is one of the main reasons I left my last job. I worked there for almost 6 years and did everything the same way all those years which is the way I was taught and told by the owner. Then suddenly everything I was doing was wrong. |

| I would ask to shadow the owner or a coworker again for those tasks. Maybe a step in the task is escaping you and you don’t even realize it. |

| Witchypoo Well, the owner can't have it both ways. They can't train their employees one way, and do the same thing a different way. It's just gonna confuse, and piss off said workers. They get paid to do what they're trained to do. |

| Del I think so but I don't know. She will say one thing one day then say it is wrong another day. I only do things the way I was told or shown to do but then it is wrong. |

| Is the owner the type is person where they need to do things themselves in order for it to feel like it was done right? The issue could have nothing to do with you personally. Are there other workers there you could ask to see if there is something that you might be missing? |

| And honestly I think getting the upgrade early on made it easier for me to grasp the game early on, too. I feel like I’ve been here way longer than I have. |
