I've just recently started using tack.

I need to clean a set of tack one of my horses are wearing. I have the soaps & cleaning items in my inventory but i don't understand how to apply them. Everytime iI click them they just give me an info pop up window.

Can I clean the tack if the horse is still wearing the set?
