Yeah she is okay. The neighbors dont do crap about the dog and let her try to attack whatever. She is aggressive and there is no point in talking to them because they are stuck up snobby neighbors that apparently "dont socialize with people like us"

Can someone please explain the levels? I can't figure out if "Sub-Par" is better or worse than "Average" and I just don't understand it. Also, why are all barns, pasture, round pens, etc., only able to be bought with IRL$ ? like, what if I wanted to do it myself, without making someone else spend their IRL$ on me?
