Over the past few weeks I've been trying out different styles in my art. Now I've narrowed it down to two that I really enjoying doing and can somewhat do XD
land I just wanted your guys thoughts on which you prefer! And any other criticism you may have ☺️
Please state which you prefer and why ☺️
version 1-
version 2-
Edit: on the version one I totally repainted the Body and used a different brush etc for the mane and tail...
version 2, is normal body prep, old mane brush etc etc

I think i prefer style #2. But to be honest, they look VERY similar to eachother to me.

Definitely #2. The first one looks too smudged in some places, and too defined in others, the lighting is off, and the hair looks flat.

I like both, however I like how you did the mane in the second one better, and it looks a little more realistic.

Thank you guys! The first one was with different brushes. I may just combine the two. Continue to use the old body prep brush and use the same one for the mane that I did in the first version!

I quite like the first one. It has much more muscling and detail, the hair is a bit smooth but I think it looks awesome. I would love to see you do a mix of the body prep of a bit of both styles, alternating of sorts.
