Hi! I recently bought a stable set from someone on here, and am running into issues while trying to use it that I've never encountered before. When I go to upload the art, it's saying 'File not valid' and 'There's an unrecoverable problem on line 116' at the top. I messaged the creator about it and they said that that happened with another banner they tried to use, but they don't know how to fix it and suggested I ask about it here.

It's a little frustrating to have paid for something that I can't use at the moment, so I'm hoping that someone might know what's wrong.
