She got very very lucky, she was sleeping on the back deck, and it didn't fall any lower.
The back deck is stable but damaged and the roof on the deck is damaged but the roof to the house looks good
She warned the property own the tree was dead and gonna fall.
They didn't listen and the city said they couldn't do anything.

Any horse with art seems to have its image shoved to the right. Horses with no custom image are normal. This is an issue on both my tablet and phone so doesn't seem to be the device.
