I dchose the first, "In house breeding" but it's generally more like 96% In house and 4% using someone else's stallion. But I prefer to keep it mostly in my stables.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one! I have a huge phobia with inbreeding too. =)

Also I love to look at the 2 year old boys and ask for straws from ones that match my requirements. Sometimes it really pays off.
