Lost in his own tangled up thoughts, he stood like a statue planted on the golden shore. Gentle frame turne to look behind him as Sally had made herself close to him again, blue orbs followed her gaze as she still seemed to be eyeing the yellow stud that followed her over to him. Audits softly pinned towards Roman as a lingering sour expression came on his face before he sighed and turned to look the other way once more. He didn't mind the stallion speaking to sally, maybe he had intensions that was good, ether way Storm felt like it wasn't his business for how the stud seemed to know her name. Maybe she was embarssed of him he wondered. He just didn't like all this crowding. The thought of having attention or being even liked made his bones shiver with distrubance. Weirdly enough, for a fellow like him he should be likeable not like he was a hot headed mess. Shrugging he slowly took a few more steps forward to add space from Sally and her obvious acquaintance without her knowing he had moved again.....
Audits flicked at the high shrill of the mare who he had mentioned her name was Noda. Concerned of what was going on for he hoped it wasn't a shark attack. Feeling his anxiety shoot up his blue orbs flashed in her direction just to see her get plumeld by a wave. He couldn't help but snicker a snort as the thought of her not paying attention, seeing the mare get soaked as her mane and forelock seemed stuck to her body, water dripping from her slender ears and frame. A smile had formed on his face, but, remembering the sound of shrill that soon followed her cry seemed to jog his memory.
At Noda's words as it was hard to tell if she was crying or if it was merely water running donw her face as she had gotten up from her rump. His smile faded and he frowned... 'where has he heard that before' stumped in his thoughts as he had moved a hoof foward yet paused....... THEN.... it clicked. Audits perked and his orbs turned an almost calming presence. ''Noda!'' he nickered as he picked up a trot over to the soaken mare. Getting closer her scent grew and grew, he seemed more at ease at he stopped a few steps from her ''Are you okay!?'' he asked a little concerned. He shyly eyed her then looked back to the others then back to Noda once more. Standing tall as he peered down at her, a swish of his plumage hitting his flanks... as he awkwardly stood there not knowing what to think. Edited at April 1, 2020 11:41 PM by Whispering Wood Barn |

I feel your pain noda happened to me when I visited a beach once ;^;)) sally/mare/SINGLE Sally knew beside storm she was somewhat safe, yet her heart picked up speed when she seen the polomino stallion had followed, she seemed frozen in place, mouth opening and closing, yet no words came out, her audits lower, tears threatening to fall as her fear spiked but she held them back. Finally she spoke "who are you? How do you know me?" She asked. Growing even more fearful when storm.left her side again, her body seemed to go on overdrive making her step back from the new stallion, waves licking at her heels the closer she stepped to the water trying to put distance between her and this new stallion. She almost seemed ready to have a panic attack even after the stallion showed he meant no one harm. Her audits lower more, pupils blowing up in her eyes out of her fear, body screaming to run yet she remained stone footed in place. Yet as he said his name she thought. 'Romam...i know that' she thought a confused look taking over her dainty features. Finally she spoke "I know that name, Roman, it was a long time ago, he vanished same day my mother died" she said looking away as the memory went on replay in her mind. Little Sally trotted to her mother who was laying down, nosing her mother she should of known something was wrong when her mother was cold to the touch yet she was too young "momma look I found a friend, he's my first friend" she said proudly but when she looked back, younger Roman was gone stallions and mares in the herd seeing to chase after something, unbeknown to her it was Roman. Looking back at her mother she nudged her again."wake up momma" she said growing sad as her mother remained still. Only to yell out when the lead stallion her own father roughly knocked her put the way making her hit the ground hard and cry out in pain, tears streaming down her small face. "What did you do?" Her father asked. Blinking from the memory she looked to Roman again, "is it really you roman?" She asked relaxing her previously tense stance. Startling when storm yelled out the mare now known as noda and galloped to her she looked confused, maybe she was right possible mate, or maybe a lost friend she thought looking to Roman again. ___________________________________ ROMAN/STALLION/SINGLE Roman almost looked hurt when Sally stepped away from him looking so afraid, he never meant to leave her after they became friends, but he had no choice, the herd had chased him off seeing him a demon as to be friends with Sally who they seen as a curse. Looking down at the petite sooty apricot mare he seemed to deflate when he seen no recognition in her eyes, maybe searching for her was a mistake she clearly didn't remember him. Turning as the waves crashed on shore with mlre force as if begging him to not leave he looked back at Sally once more then kept walking. He only stopped when she said his name, and turned back to her, "now you remmeber me huh?" He asked and rolls his hues playfully. Smiling when she spoke and snorts again. About to speak as the stallion storm raced away from them to the new mare. He almost wanted to scold him for leaving Sally unprotected in the presence of a new stallion, he could of been meaning to herd her away to his own herd if he had one that was. But he wasn't intending that, merely to see an old friend again, looking to Sally again he smiled. "Been a long time" he said pawing the soft sand below him. |

Yea I was like maybe I should type out another past memory just to show how Sally knew Roman xD who in rp is technically Sally cousin since Romans mom is Sally mom's sister xD but I'll probs do more back story in later posts

Omg yessss i seen that too xD i loath tjis, loath that *gaps* loath entirely xD gotta love grinch lol And yea they all do @whispy;) however sally is still a work in progress on back story I wanna make it interesting yet not seem repetitive ya know?
