yup! usually blue eyes are seen when there's pink skin/white pigment around them, though not always. Sometimes a white pattern that doesn't go over the eyes still causes them to be blue

the bottom style is worth more than 35k, about 40-50k, the top i would go as high as 40k or leave it at 35k.
