You don't need a premium, but you need to understand what a stock image is and how to tell if it can be used on this game. All images used in game need to be stock and all need to be properly credited.

In the Art Shops forums there are also other stickied posts on sites NOT to use, etc.
AI images are also not allowed on HEE
