What's really not great is that she lost a bar from week 4 to week 8. If you want to know if training is good, I'd compare it to the ABLB girls. But, just because training isn't great doesn't mean the filly won't be good!

Not a bug. There is a 3000 eb fee for private broods, it even says that in the Put Horse Up For Breeding section.

It did not do this for my other broods, though. I put up other broods for 55,000, 60,000 and 90,000 and 3 thousand was not added.

They had to be accidentally public then, because there is a 3k fee for private. You probably just either didn't notice the 3k or put them up publicslly. This is not a bug.
