That's a good question. Normally you can scroll to the bottom of a leaderboard to get an idea of criteria to be on it, but it looks like the Junior Stables LB doesn't have that. I would giess maybe one year, but I really have no idea. Maybe try posting the question in the member help section of the forums.

So I usually only focus on getting my boys on the LB, but I had a mare that I thought would for sure make the TB board but she didn't and I'm curious as to why that might have been. Her foals in chronological order were PEE, EEE, EPS, EEE. She's only 6 and sired by Brinley Mordred out of a PEE. I can have a link up soon if needed.

I guess her own strength is not good enough to hit the LBs.
The TB board is very strong.

But she is producing very nicely, I wouldn't give up on her :D
