Grimm Omg thats me. Everyone says its because I'm a little heavy. But heres the thing...I used to be a small thin kid. Than I hit 14 and boom I gained like 50 lbs in a month. Not even jpking. I have picture proof. Heat kills me. And I used to love walking and running and bike riding and now walking a mile I risk passing out. I can do 3/4 of a mile and be okay though so I still do. So my hearts not necessarily weak from lack of cardio either
It was like something finally clicked and they were like "Oh- an you're a young adult with chronic pain that affects your daily life, having heart issues, constant exhaustion- that's not normal 🙃"
Also I feel on panic attacks. I have PTSD, Anxiety and ADHD. None of those mix well. I drive a long way out of my way (an hour one way) to see my psych dr. She was the only one I feel like that has listened to me. I would not even be able to show horses right now had I not found her.

This Sunday is my final show of the season, then in December my lease officially ends on Lexi. This mare has taught me a hell of a lot for the short time I have leased her. Whether I get her next year or not is still up in the air, but either way I will be happy. I cannot wait for next year. They didn't take me seriously until I passed out randomly doing the dishes and then they made me wear a heart monitor for two weeks. Turns out I was having A-fib episodes and I have to go for testing for a whole list of things now 💀
My heart has random episodes of beating like 120 bpm and than also only 60 bpm at other times. While simply sitting. It also skips a beat sometimes. A paramedic discovered it and told me to go have my doctor recommend an ekg. My doctor couldnt hear the skipped beat and said I didnt need it
Hummer No the chest pain was not from the panic attack. The pain started first. The panic attack didnt start till they started pushing and prodding me and being snappy. Also they werent even supposed to do an xray. My doctor sent orders to do bloodwork and an EKG. I have heart problems but no one has been able to find where because it either disappears suddenly or they dont follow instructions
@Athena, why with the chest x-ray though?! I am an x-ray tech and we take SO many chest x-rays. To me the anxiety attack explains the chest pain which means you dont need to be exposed to radiation.
