Rain, I couldn't cut milk out completely it would be so hard. I'd probably havento stop drinking coffee too because I use cream but for some reason the coffee makes it not as bad?
Eagle I am lactose intolerant and I have more of it than I should lol. I did take just drinking milk out of my diet and it helped and I've found I like oatmilk
And I also think I'm sensitive to Lactose, If I drink more than a glass I feel like I'm going to throw up, and usually do. I gotta go see my dr and get allergy tests.
Ven I found out this week I'm sugar intolerant and I've never wanted ice cream more. I didn't even know it was a thing. Right it was celiac or gluten intolerance
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
