Running just seems extra painful for me, probably due to my fibromyalgia. Plus I have been told that if I just go for a run it will cure my anxiety and depression.
If I did any running, the next day I wouldnÂ’t want to get out of bed, and if I did, the pain would be so bad, I would be crying with every step I took
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
