Most likely, Sam. The only reason she's 1/1 is because she's PALE palomino, and not just palomino. A reroll will likely remove that modifier, and she will be much more common.
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
