I was hoping my existing rider Themba would go to level 8 yesterday.
But despite have 2 training levels above 700 he is still level 7

This is not a bug. Training level goes up over night after their training session when the "level up" script runs.

But he was trained yesterday, Monday. Now it's Tuesday and no change.
