Okk so I need help, I don't know what tier my art belongs to- I don't know if either a 4, or a 3 These are my two recent pieces: Sooo I don't know T-T I started recently digital manips, so yea..

Tier 4. Most new artists start out in this tier. :) Most T3 artists have a lot of the "basics" down that are missing from your work - such as horse prep, grounding, lighting/shadow. One thing that I highly recommend when assessing what tier you should be in, is to auction off several of your pieces to see what the average price someone will pay for your work. This will give you a good idea now, and in the future as you progress, what tier you should be in.

Thank you for the advice! I will try to get better and then eventually move up :D
