| Terms & Conditions 1) First and foremost, if you experience issues with your palette after purchasing please let me know. Fixing mistakes in my coding is free of charge and always will be. 2) Changes in any palette will be an extra charge. This charge is currently 2k per change. The exception to this are features listed under "Features You Do Not Want", these features will always be avoided/removed. If I fail to avoid these in the palette please inform me and I will change it free of charge. 3) Palettes are offered on a first come, first serve basis. The post that is time stamped first will receive the order spot. If you fail to approve your palette or respond to messages about orders within 5 days, your order will be canceled. 4) The number of slots listed are the number of orders I am currently accepting. If I have 5 slots open and you are the 6th order I will list you as a reservation. This means that if an order is canceled or completed you are going to be bumped up, this does NOT mean that you have secured a spot with me, it is simply a way to keep track of order requests. I will PM you with confirmation when I begin your palette, unless you have received this confirmation please do not message me about timing and progress. The purpose of the reservations is to keep track of order requests, but if I need to close my shop unfortunately I cannot fufil your order request. Confirmed orders will be completed unless notified otherwise. 5) Please have EBS ready upon order confirmation, if your palette is not picked up withing 3 days it will be auctioned off. If you won't be online to pick up your palette just let me know and it will remain up for private sale to you. 6) If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out and ask me, I don't bite! | |
