Yeah my Cali King burrows in the aspen, but would not burrow in the dirt mixture I had put in there. I ended up tossing it pretty quick, he started exhibiting stress behaviors, but when the hungry hippo refused his mouse out it went

@Wraith, Cowboy is on Aspen, but he wont burrow in it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ lately when I have been handling him, he will try to burrow into my shirt or hand. I mean, he likes the dirt, but my hand literally turns black when I hold him from the dirt.

Yes September is the next show. 😊
This is the 2 year old I will be showing. Cinders is her barn name.
Sire was an Arabian
Dam was Arabian x Friesian.
It will probably take till September to get her ready though. Gotta teach her the fancy footwork stuffs haha.

Honestly bummer I have heard that a lot with dirt based substrates. My California king is happy as pie on aspen. When he sheds I put a humid hide in there and keep moss damp in it.
My ball python is on ReptiChip, and she is currently undergoing a shed cycle, but I do not expect this one to be great because I just got her from her abuse situation recently. I will be pleasantly surprised if it is.

It's not that you are interrupting conversations, it's that advertising in the main chat is against the game rules. You are more than welcome to post that in the sales chat.

SSBC: Future Giveaways Poll April 18, 2024 11:18 AM

Give Award
For members of the Supershine Breeders Club Only!

Wow! We have had a record amount of members sending in dues this month. Thank you to all the new members who have joined SSBC-I know that 50K a month in dues may seem high but it means that I can continue to grow the contests and giveaways, which have so far been mainly self funded. And for those of you that don't opt to be in the Sunshine Tier, I hope that you continue to enjoy the benefits of stud & brood discounts that are available to you!

As many of you know, the contest this month was for an eb giveaway. I have avoided doing another giveaway of broods, straws, upgrades, art, etc because it takes a LOT of time & planning. However, there was a lot of good that came out of the last one I did. So I want people's opinions-do you like the simple eb giveaways or do you want a giveaway that includes broods, straws, etc. Keep in mind that in order for a giveaway like this to be successful, donations (of broods, straws, art, etc) are crucial as I cannot afford to pay for all of it out of pocket. Keep in mind that the trade off is that there won't be the same amount of large eb payouts.

Any other contest/giveaway ideas also welcome below. I want your feedback!! I'm also still open to bringing someone on as a "Contest Coordinator/Officer" as it is a lot of work to organize everything myself.

This Poll is for Club: The Supershine Breeding Club

Poll Question: What kind of contests do you prefer?
Total Votes: 24
Large eb giveaways : 1563%
Combo giveaways of broods/straws/art etc with lower eb payou : 938%

You have cast your vote.
