| Ally, that's fair. I love sweet potatoes though. I have to be careful what I eat though because I don't want to stress out my only kidney. Lo, Honestly, it sucked after I got diagnosed because the doctors immediately wanted to put me on medications that literally made me feel like a zombie and weren't meant for children. |

| I also love a sheet pan meal with a protein and some veggies. My go-to has been sausage with potatoes, peppers, and onions. |

| I love tuna but I know others dont lol Its my new favorite lunch if I dont feel like cooking and tuna has a good portion of protein which is what keeps you full longer |

| Ally Oooo I love the sound of both of those. I love cottage cheese, it's a staple in my diet. C I sort of wish I was tested as a child. I feel like even if I got diagnosed now, I wouldn't do anything about it because I'm pretty stable on my BPD/depression meds. I wouldn't want to mess that up because those two conditions really fuck with me, especially the BPD |

| C I so get that. A big problem with me in the past was getting hyperfixated on a task and forgetting to eat. I'm not diagnosed with ADHD, but I have quite a few symptoms |

| I got diagnosed when I was pregnant. I had to do insulin shots and appointments every 2 weeks. I was very high risk because of diabetes and pre term labor. @C |

| I'm definitely on the hunt for some more recipes that keep me full but keep me in a calorie deficit, so if you have any favorites feel free to share lol |

| Ally, Lol go for it. I have 6 days left on my pasture currently. I'm hoping that I can earn enough to get another 100 pasture soon. Lo, my Bipolar sometimes causes it with my depression episodes. But, a lot of the time I just don't feel hungry. Sometimes my ADHD gets my distracted too. |

It's funny that you mentioned being on a diet because the whole reason I've been making so much chili lately is because it's a good meal for calorie deficit xD I know the struggle of being hungry because of watching what you eat, especially because I have to stay satiated all the time. It's definitely hard to balance |
