Migraine here too. I blame the low barometric pressure with the line of storms heading through. My go to is M-graine oil blend. A drop on each temple and base of my neck about 30 minutes ago and it is mostly gone now. Will re-apply in a few minutes before I dash back outside between thunderstorms to check the sheep and LGD up on the hill.
Talking about staying hydrated, I need to keep up on it. Weeding and doing other things is starting to get to me. Japanese stlitgrass is a MONSTER! Every year it spreads farther.
