I totally undertsand the people who are doing it when they already have thousands or who are intentionally hurting others to gain something themselves. I think I'm with you all there. It's just that making it completely illegal OR shotting people for even being spotted looting, will hurt innocent people. In fact, you could very quickly end up with someone trying to retrieve something from their own house being shot. I just think it's a very harsh punishment that can not be undone if it is decided they are innocent. Atleast give them a chance to plead a case.
Ally I don't think this is the case with you but when my mom got her dog he had one floppy ear and it was malnurishment :P so if the puppy is new to you maybe some high quality food will get em healthy
