Running just seems extra painful for me, probably due to my fibromyalgia. Plus I have been told that if I just go for a run it will cure my anxiety and depression.

I hope so :( I called my dentist explaining where it broke off at and he's convinced he can get a crown on it so fingers crossed. It happened today so it hasn't had the chance to get infected yet thankfully. I go to the dentist tomorrow
