That's good Void, sounds like an improvement. I should probably do my exercises and stretches from when I did physical therapy, but I keep forgetting. My ankle probably wouldn't be as bad if my PT hadn't got cut short from Covid shutdowns but at this point it'll probably be enough to just work on it with the stretches I did before
My "yes" gets affected by it lol. Though, I've been doing ankle exercises each day and that's actually helping with the pain. I'm not being woken up at night by them bothering me
