For colour breeders homo genes are often more important than a 'rare colour' which can't be passed down or a colour variant which makes the horse rare but is actually a genetically common horse.
@Angel; subbing requirements basically depend on where you are. Some districts are so desperate for help they will take an Associates. What part of the country are you in? And look at chain restaurants, they always need help.
